Led community strategy, messaging, and growth operations for a BTC-fi protocol that raised $16.5M. Grew community from zero to 50,000+ members across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X. First non-engineering hire — built every operational process from scratch: moderation SOPs, escalation workflows, content calendars, reporting cadences. Sole owner of external communications through token launch and exchange listings.

Years of independently building relationships across the crypto ecosystem — not on a company ticket. 15+ major conferences (ETHDenver, Devcon, Token2049, Consensus, and more), warm introductions between founders and teams across 12+ ecosystems, and an organic audience built through high-signal content and consistent engagement. Three full market cycles, still here, still building.

Building real AI infrastructure, not demos. A domain-specific system with 3M+ vector embeddings, a 252K-node knowledge graph, 10-agent orchestration, multi-strategy RAG — self-hosted on local GPU at zero cloud cost. Also built an autonomous operations agent with 40+ skills, cron scheduling, multi-API pipelines, and self-provisioning capabilities.

Managed community operations across Discord and Telegram for a BSC-native charting and analytics platform. Handled user support, troubleshooting, and onboarding. Coordinated between community feedback and development team on product issues and feature requests.

Two decades of hands-on technical work — hardware/software deployment across distributed K-12 sites, asset tracking via Salesforce, multi-site installation coordination, and direct client-facing support. The kind of work that builds diagnostic thinking and the habit of actually solving the problem instead of talking around it.
